INICJACJA – Zaawansowany warsztat Movement Medicine pracy z procesem przemiany i cyklami życia
Dojo Stara Wieś
INITIATION to pełen przygód, kreatywny 7-dniowy intensywny warsztat Movement Medicine w czasie którego zapraszamy do czasu tańca wypełnionego pięknym prowadzeniem i w najlepszym towarzystwie grupy companieros.
Poczęcie, narodziny, dzieciństwo, dojrzewanie, młodzieńczość, dorosłość, dojrzałość, starość i śmierć.
Odwiedzamy krajobrazy w ruchu z pierwszych pięciu cykli.
Tu. Na Ziemi. Ludzie kończą ten warsztat z sensem i rozumieniem przebaczenia i uznania przeszłości, akceptacji teraźniejszości, jak i napełnieni inspiracją i jasnym poczuciem kierunku pracy, którą muszą wykonać, aby zamanifestować i ofiarować dary, które niosą.
• Zaakceptuj, przetraw, uwolnij, ulecz i przekształć swoją przeszłość
• Kultywuj pełne współczucia świadectwo o sobie i inniych
• Znajdź spokój w rzeczywistości i uczyń śmierć swoim przyjacielem

INITIATION is an adventurous and imaginative 7-day dance intensive with fine companions, excellent guidance and far-reaching results. The focus of our work is to bring awareness, responsibility, fluidity, and ultimately gratitude to life’s journey. To help you to learn all you can from your personal history and free you from any belief that your past has to create your future.
INITIATION will bring healing and understanding to your own journey and that of your ancestors and support you to pass on your wisdom, and not your wounds, to the next generation. We will work with the 9 cycles of the life journey:
Conception, birth, childhood, puberty, adolescence, adulthood, maturity, old age and death.
We visit the landscapes, in movement, of the first five cycles. Rooted in physical movement we will invoke the archetypal energy of each cycle. We will acknowledge what has been, transform what we can, and, learning from the lessons and challenges of our lives, give it all back to the dance.
When we arrive at the transition between adolescence and maturity, we will spend some of the day on a mini-Vision Quest to gain a sense of overview of your life now. As further preparation for assuming responsibility for your life, we will then invoke Death as a teacher to remind us all that our time here is precious and short.
In your welcome letter, you will receive several requests to bring photos and objects. These will become part of the rituals and will be described in detail as we move closer to the date.
The Intention of INITIATION
The intention is to create the freedom of body, heart and mind to be able to view our past as the perfect training for living a creative, empowered and connected life now. People leave this workshop with a sense of forgiveness for the past, acceptance in the present, inspiration and a clear sense of the work they must do in order to manifest and offer the gifts they have inside them.
• Accept, digest, release, heal and transform your past
• Accept yourself and take responsibility for who you are now in the present
• Learn tools for co-creating a future that is in harmony with your guiding purpose
• Cultivate a compassionate witness for self & others
• Find some peace with the reality of mortality and make death your friend
“I had to go away to learn how to know. I had to go away to learn how to grow. I had to go away to learn how to stay here. So I went and looked at doors locked in front of me. Oh little did I know the doors did not lead outside.”

Jest autorem bestsellerów „Jaguar in the Body, Butterfly in the Heart” (Hay House 2017), twórcą „Shaman’s Song – Shamanic Journeys to Empower”, „Inspire and Re-Connect” (Hay House 2018) oraz współautorem Medycyny Ruchu – „Jak tańczyć, budzić się i żyć marzeniami” (Hay House 2009). Jego nowa książka, Shaman – „Invoking Power, Purpose and Presence at the Core of Who You Are”, została opublikowana przez Hay House wiosną 2020 roku.
Susannah Darling Khan:
Wnosi solidną podstawę współ-czucia, łagodności, humoru i dobrze określonych granic bezpieczeństwa wraz z ostrym wezwaniem do przej-rzystości i głębokiej wizji.

About Susannah Darling Khan
– The Movement Medicine Woman as she is often known, is Co-Director of The School of Movement Medicine alongside her husband Ya’Acov Darling Khan. They are co-authors of Move-ment Medicine (Hay House 2007). Her teaching marries ancient wisdom with neuro-science and intellect to profound effect.
Having taught movement as medicine internationally since 1989, Susannah is celebrated for her visionary weaving of scientific, psychotherapeutic and systemic/ecological paradigms together with the creative, life affirming power of the dance itself. Passionate and committed to being a life-long student, Susannah counts some of her most powerful learning with the sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems, as having stemmed from her work with her wild born Exmoor ponies or “mirror masters” as she describes them. Su-sannah’s own deeply embodied knowledge of the creativity inherent in us all gives courage to her own partic-ipants to dare to liberate themselves from fixed patterns. She brings a steady ground of compassion, gentle-ness, humour and well boundaried safety together with a fierce call to clarity and deep vision. Her magic is about sensing what is with acute sensitivity and following the trail towards what becomes possible.
About Movement Medicine:
Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation practice that will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from the heart, the joy of knowing who you are and the satisfaction of making your unique contribution to life.
Movement medicine will deepen your connection to yourself, your creativity and the integrity and guidance of your own soul.
Movement Medicine is for everyone who wants to wake up, discover more of their creative potential, study shamanism in a down-to-earth way, discover ecstasy without drugs, find community in a way that doesn’t require giving up individuality and find the courage to make your own unique contribution. In short, it’s for anyone who wants to include conscious dance as a way to freedom, mindfulness, awareness and fulfillment. Movement Medicine is shamanic medicine for our times. It gives us direct, embodied experience of the dance of life that’s going on inside us and all round us. As a species, we face enormous challenges right now that we see as arising from the story of separation; separation between body and spirit, between individuals and nations, between the human world and the web of life we are part of and depend upon. Simply put, Movement Medicine reconnects us, deepening our capacity for empathy and compassionate being and action.
Movement Medicine marries ancient and modern wisdom, and supports you to experience the transformative power of your own potential in co-creative community.
